About the Role of Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in delivering hands-on care to our clients while also supporting and guiding our team of caregivers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, companionship and help with daily activities such as shopping and light housekeeping
-
Overseeing and quality-checking the care provided by current and future staff
-
Conducting spot checks and offering mentorship and support to other caregivers
-
Completing new client assessments and introducing caregivers to new clients
-
Being part of the on-call rota as the business grows
This role is suited to someone with previous care experience, excellent communication skills and a desire to develop within a growing and supportive team.
What We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for English-speaking female candidates due to the specific needs of a few of our female clients. Applicants must also have:

A full UK driving licence

Access to a vehicle with business insurance

Strong spoken and written English skills
-
A genuine passion for care and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients

A positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in care is helpful but not essential. We provide full training.
