The greatest responsibility we have
Quality Assurance
At Klass Care, quality is of utmost importance to us, which is why we have a registered manager with experience in compliance who conducts regular audits, spot checks and observations to ensure only the highest quality service. In short, people who rely on us can do so with total confidence. Our quality assurance policy is designed to provide continuous measurement of our success in meeting standards, whilst regularly monitoring and recognising opportunities for developing and improving our systems in the delivery of domiciliary care. Areas of proven good practice are expanded upon and areas of improvement are acted upon. Written policies and procedures are in place to ensure that service delivery meets the national minimum standards and all legal requirements.
CQC Audit Report
We have successfully completed our 2021 inspection. Showing year
on year improvement, we acknowledge there is still room for us to
surpass our current position.

Due to the recent additions in staff, we have even more capability
and desire to achieve Outstanding across the board.
Should you be unable to access the digital copy of the report, we
can happily post a physical version to you. Please phone the office to let us know.
